Damaged or Faulty Returns
Refund request must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods by notifying Denver Design via info@denverdesignsaus.com.au in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, faulty, is significantly different from description advertised, is not to the customers quality satisfaction, or is found to be defective.
We do not refund for change of mind, ordering wrong product or for damages to the product by misuse or mishandling.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your receipt or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence (photos or short video clip if more appropriate) to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, refund or credit.
Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process (return postage paid by us). Please do not attempt to return the item without prior approval by us. This process should be completed within 7-14 business days.
Once written approval is received a return Registered Post label will be provided, which you will need to print, package your goods in a sufficient manner then proceed to your nearest post office.
Warranty
All our goods come with a warranty that cannot be excluded under the Australian and New Zealand’s Consumer Laws. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Replacement products are subject to the same warranties as the original.
You are not entitled to any compensation where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, using it in an unusual way or failure to take reasonable care.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity
Denver Designs makes every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, photographs and other information concerning the products published on the Website, we cannot guarantee that any product information is free from error, or that any product is suitable for you. Therefore, we reserve the rights to correct any information at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to limit quantity, including after order is submitted or paid for. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We endeavour to display the colours of the products on the website as accurately as possible. The colour of the product you see depends on your monitor, so it is not guaranteed that there is no colour deviation from the actual product.
